Summer Activities at El Medano

The following is the final part of the summer Sansofe programme held at El Medano and Los Abrigos.

Thousands of people have already travelled to the small villages to enjoy a wealth of activities, including wine and tapas events, musical concerts and sports activities. Don’t worry if you’ve missed the previous activities, there is still a lot more to enjoy until the end of August.

August 9^th-11^th

6pm: ‘Moda al Aire’ outdoor fashion show in the Plaza at El Medano

August 10^th-11^th

9pm: Sixth Festival of New Talent in the Plaza at El Medano

Saturday August 11^th

11am: ‘Cañas y Tapas de Verano, Festival de la Cerveza’ beer festival at the plaza and port area of Los Abrigos

Sunday August 12^th

9pm: Musical concert performed by Los Chasneros in the Plaza at El Medano

Saturday August 18^th

9.30pm: Open-air cinema showing Sherlock Holmes in the Plaza at Los Abrigos

Friday August 24^th

7pm: Children’s activities, featuring face painting, bouncy castle, magician and loads of surprises at the Plaza in Los Abrigos

9pm: Musical concert performed by La Parranda Chasnera in the Plaza at El Medano

Saturday August 25^th

4pm: DJ Grana performing at the Plaza in El Medano

9pm: End of the Sansofe summer programme and rock concert performed by Hydra in the Plaza in El Medano
