New Show in Tenerife

History – the musical – is the latest resident show at the Magma Centre in Playa de Las Americas.

The show premiered at the beginning of March and has now returned due to popular demand. A preview of the revamped show took place yesterday and was attended by various tourism professionals who were pleased with the improved quality and variety of the acts.

History features a massive cast of over 30 artists from 14 different countries which takes its audience on a journey through the history of music from classical composers like Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Strauss, Liszt and Puccini to more modern artists like The Beatles, Frank Sinatra and Pink Floyd.

The show jumps into the 21st century with acts like Shakira and Beyonce and even covers West End and Broadway musicals such as the Phantom of the Opera and Sister Act.

The first public show will be held on July 17th, with a performance taking place every Tuesday and Thursday onwards.
