Mr. Ernst turned my holiday into nightmares! He took away my car - including my personal belongings - long before our contract ended. For doing so he redated the contract to - he told me so himself - rent it to another customer. Suddenly my car was gone!!! Quite a few people mentioned to me, they wonder if Mr. Ernst has got serious problems, he seems to argue with anyone.
Stay away from him - the nicest car is of no use if the owner goes nuts.
