Long Let in Las Chafiras
A newly built (May 2007), furnished, 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Las Chafiras, Llano del Camello (6 Km from Los Cristianos, 18 Km from Playa de las Americas, one stop from airport) is available for long-term rent.
Situated on a typically Canarian style complex with security, 3 pools, waterfalls and gardens. The complex is located in a quiet residential area with two large supermarkets and many shops nearby.
The apartment (80 m2) is South-facing with an 18m2 terrace overlooking the pools, at an elevated level. It has been decorated to the highest standard as we wanted to spend two weeks out of the year living in a luxurious apartment. To that end, we have brought Italian leather sofas and chairs, glass ornate tables and lamps, large TV, recently installed (December) marble circular breakfast bar and kitchen tops, Bosch dishwasher, washing-machine, cooker, hood and a large fridge-freezer.
The main bedroom is large with built-in wardrobes and an unusually large en-suite with double sink, two showers (one over large circular bath and one cubicle).
The second bedroom also has built in wardrobes and a wooden cabin bed with pull-out single underneath. A second bathroom with a doorway opens via the hall and also incorporates a shower cubicle.
The lounge area is large with 2 large windows opening onto the terrace. The kitchen incorporates a circular-walled seating area (with windows opening onto the lounge in Moroccan style) and a small utility area.
The apartment has been kitted out with Wedgewood crockery and all manner of kitchen bits from Marks and Spencer and Debenhams, all lovingly brought over from the UK over a 2 year period in hand luggage.
