We also own two weeks in the villas at chayofa Country Club
and i agree the rise in costs is outragious the maintenance is a joke yet they increase our fees to over 1600euros for the two weeks its discusting but who can we complain to? we have asked and all they say is join this new scheme pay more money and this is suppose to help us? where is the logic in this ?

I have been visiting the Villas for 5 years now and the lovely villa that we bought into no longer exists. They have also raised the weekly maintenance fee by over 200 Euros this year to over 700 Euros for a week. Are they trying to force people out by such huge increases? It has worked with me and I will never go back. I refuse to pay this blackmail so therefore have lost a lot of money on the deal. Beware.

I have been going to Chayofa country club vilas for severn years, but find its high standards that ive come to excpect and enjoy, has been deteriating over some time and also the overall house keeping leaves alot to be desired.i find this such a shame for such a nice peacefull resort like Chayofa.
