This superbly situated holiday house, El Molino, on a 20.000qm2 property, is located in the village of Valle de Agaete at about 300 meters above sea level.
The house is set between fruit trees in a very well kept garden. There is a big swimming pool with sun beds and patio furniture as well as a barbecue.
Set on two levels, the first floor consists of a comfortable furnished living room with SAT/TV and CD-player, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining room and two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
The second floor features two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, there is also a third bathroom. You will enjoy wonderful views from the bedroom windows over the colourful garden and the pretty local environment.
