The area of Puerto Del Carmen is the main tourist resort of the island and has two large beaches and well over 150 shops, restaurants, clubs and other amenities all within easy reach from the property's location.

The upper level apartments have views to the sea, all apartments have kettle, toasters and microwaves. There is Sky TV in all apartments as well as some UK channels.
The area has recently benefited from a EU re-development grant and on the Los Pocilos beach front about 10 minutes from the complex.
There are new garden walks, kids play area, beach shower facilities, water sports and sea sports are also on offer on both the local beaches.
