Yumbo shopping centre is one of the largest tourist centers in the south of Gran Canaria. You will find shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs in every variety. The centre is an important meeting place for the gay community, and there are shows and concerts here under the yearly Gay Pride Maspalomas.
The shopping centres Kasbah, Plaza and Metro lie nearby, and together with Yumbo they are the biggest centers in Playa del Inglés. This is where most of the nightlife is, and you can party until the sun comes up if you want to.
