It is very near all the best amenities - shops, bars, entertainment, restaurants, shops, seafront etc. yet retains a quiet relaxed ambiance. It is near routes, making independent taxi transport very easy.

Being on the ground floor, the apartment is pool-facing with only six small steps up down to it, therefore, suitable for both children and the elderly. The six steps would be the only obstacle to a wheelchair; there are no stairways, lifts or corridors to negotiate. Soak the sun with a glass of sangria in the afternoon while the kids catch the last of the days swimming!

The entrance to the complex is 20m down a quiet, private road off the main thoroughfare. The seafront area is 10 minutes walk using almost entirely pedestrian routes. The bi-weekly market is a similar prospect, and the modern San Eugenio shopping mall even closer. The Aquapark is also only 15mins walk away.

There is a good sized double bedroom with two single beds and decent wardrobe space. Doors from the bedroom lead to a terrace at the rear. The front room is an open plan kitchen lounge area with a breakfast bar. There is a double bed settee, sofa, easy chair and sundry furniture. French windows open to the front terrace with parasol, table seats and sun loungers.

The facilities are good - better than package holiday standard. TV/DVD, 2-hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, hairdryer, fridge, fan and safe secured to wall. There is no Sky TV but there is a TV+DVD player.

Although away from the hustle, the apartment is within 10 minutes of several of the top entertainment spots in Las Americas e.g. Harley's diner club, St. Eugene's live music club and the main Torviscas entertainment center.
