This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation in the peaceful and luxurious setting of Puerto Calero which is fast becoming one of Europe's select marinas.
The property comprises of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with a hob,oven, large fridge/ freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine. In the lounge is a bed settee, offering accommodation for up to six people. There is a TV and DVD player.
There is a spacious roof terrace with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. There are two small gardens to the front and rear of the property. The latter gives views to the mountains. The complex has a freshwater pool.
The marina itself displays a vast array of beautiful boats as well as splendid restaurants and shops. There are also water sport facilities. The busy coastal resort of Puerto Del Carmen is 5 minutes away by car and boasts numerous shops, bars and restaurants as well as long stretches of golden sand.
All restaurants in the marina offer excellent value and service at very reasonable prices. Favourite places of interest/ beauty include Playa Quemada, El Golfo, Timanfaya, Playa Blanca and Famara. The fine restaurant La Era at Yaiza is well worth a visit. The Sunday market at Teguise is also an enjoyable experience.
Prices per Week
The apartment is charged at £395 per week during school holidays and £300 at all other times.
