This apartment has been purchased and equipped for the owners personal use, and has been carefully chosen for its sunny position and quiet location.
The light and airy interior, recently redecorated, has a well equipped kitchen and dining area with comfortable relaxing space. Patio doors open out to the balcony, which is furnished for enjoying those outdoor meals; there is also a large sun awning which can be extended to provide shade, if needed! Sleeping accommodation is provided for up to three people, there are twin beds and also, if required, use of the comfortable sofa/bed.
Cooking facilities include all the necessary items including a microwave, toaster and kettle. Other equipment provided for your use includes a television , DVD player, stereo hifi, a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
