Las Galletas, another resort choice in the south of Tenerife, is situated on the Costa del Silencio coast and is a hotspot area for diving.
A number of choice dive sites are to be found in this area, which has a mix of black sand and rocky coast.
It's quieter than the big two Tenerife resorts to the south west, with more of a watersports scene.
The famous submarine diving excursions also departs from Las Galletas harbour.
