Known also as Castillo this, one of the island's busiest resorts, is located about ten kilometres south of the airport.

The resort as a whole is undergoing a period of careful development with the introduction of numerous civic amenities including a brand new eighteen-hole golf course.
The town itself consists of one main street along which are the lively bars, shops and restaurants. The horse shoe shaped main beach is covered with gorgeous golden sand and offers a range of water related activities. Nightlife is fairly energetic and there is plenty to do for all ages.
