The Job
The aim of the Resort Properties Marketing Team is to introduce new and highly qualified clients to our company via a variety of promotions involving telephone marketing.
This challenging and rewarding role, which involves booking promotional holidays for our clients in four of Tenerife's most prestigious resorts, is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has desire, determination and passion to exceed targets and expectations.
Leads are produced from a number of sources including a focused internet campaign which targets specific groups of people who initiated contact with us in the first place. This system ensures maximum agent efficiency by reducing wrong telephone numbers and incorrect information as well as encouraging a strong rapport with our clients.
The Environment
Based in the South of Tenerife, our office is fully air conditioned and each agent has their own station with PC and telephone. Fresh leads are allocated to your PC everyday from a variety of sources including enquiries for holidays in Tenerife from our internet campaign.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for individuals who have previous telemarketing experience, are focused on performance and can work well under pressure.
Ideal candidates are ambitious and money motivated with a sense of adventure. They possess great energy and drive as well as a desire to exceed targets.
This is not a job for the faint hearted - the atmosphere is fast paced and demanding with an emphasis on positive mental attitude. Earning potential and success are directly related to individual effort.

Training
All new sales personnel are given dedicated, specialist training from their first day. Further to an initial introduction there is an ongoing system of mentoring, guidance, instruction and support delivered by the sales management.team.
